Wattage

This patch adds a few simple fixes:

• Bundled symbolic icons used by the application to maximize compatibility across systems.
• Construct icon names more deterministically instead of directly using the IconName property for each device in the sidebar.

In addition to these in-app changes, Wattage is now available as a Nix flake for NixOS and Home Manager users! Instructions are in the repository's README.
