Minimize Client Override: Per-character and per-source control to exclude specific
clients from being minimized when using the "Minimize EVE Clients" feature.
Preview Render Override: Per-character and per-source control to force preview
rendering on or off, independent of the global preview rendering setting.
Fixed:
Fixed hotkey cycling when previews are disabled entirely by decoupling hotkey
authorization from thumbnail preview generation.
Other:
Improved layout and usability of the Character Manager tab.
