Add "Exit" menu item (Ctrl/Cmd + Q).
Change hotkeys on macOS to use Cmd instead of Ctrl.
Improve initial error dialog size calculations and make it resizable.
Add human-readable descriptions for more OIDs.
Improve error message, when opening broken documents. Thanks @YoungJules!
