Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the fps_only preset failed to persist across load and save cycles in MangoHud
• Decoupled hardware telemetry in PasCube to a background thread to prevent a 5 FPS cap on NVIDIA GPUs
• Deduplicated ReShade shaders and excluded built-in effects (FXAA, SMAA, LUT) and header includes (.fxh, .h) from the shader list
• Fixed SteamOS boot loops caused by implicit Vulkan layer pollution from the host
• Updated Turkish translations
