Sync with upstream Element, a Search section in Social, and many Social feed fixes:
- Sync with the latest upstream Element (211 commits)
- Add a Search section to Social with People, Groups and Posts tabs
- Add a Mutual Rooms button to the user panel
- Show stickers in Social, and show HEIC images by converting them in the client
- Let Add to Pack set the shortcode, description and usage, and confirm before deleting a pack
