iDescriptor is a cross-platform tool for managing iDevices (iPhone, iPad, iPod...) from a desktop computer over USB or Wi-Fi.

Use iDescriptor to:

Explore files and photos
Inspect device, cable, and diagnostic information
Create and inspect device backups
View the device screen with AirPlay
Manage apps and developer disk images
Check for battery health
Restart, erase, shut down your device
