Moving off QuickBooks Desktop, and a round of fixes and features from a promotional-products business:
- QuickBooks Web Connector: programs that sync "with QuickBooks Desktop" — an order system, a web store — can sync with indiAccounting instead. Give it the program's .qwc file and password; customers, items, invoices, sales and purchase orders, bills and payments come straight into your books, on demand or on a schedule. It only ever connects out, over https
- Import QuickBooks IIF files: lists, invoices, bills, credit memos, orders and journal entries, with a preview of what each will become and every account matched first. Importing the same file twice adds nothing
- Recurring bills for rent and subscriptions, Copy on a bill, a new vendor without leaving the bill, and catalog items on bill lines that receive stock
- Refund a customer credit to their card or bank; vendor credits by item that take returned goods out of stock; credits listed on customer and vendor pages
- Make Deposit takes merchant-fee lines, so a card payout matches the bank statement; deposits name who paid, and payment notes are shown
- Sortable invoice and sales order lists; delete a wrongly imported sales order; purchase order imports link to the catalog; open an account's ledger from the Chart of Accounts
- Fixed: long addresses printing over the date and number on invoices, orders and estimates; the bills list's quick Pay not asking which account; 0% sales counted as taxable on the Sales Tax Report; catalog prices limited to two decimals; Left to Invoice leaving out the tax; a revoked machine keeping the session it already had
