Mindwtr 0.9.2 improves desktop view persistence, saved-filter sync, and sync reliability for Linux desktop builds.

Remembered desktop view and filter options and restored saved filters during startup.
Added saved-filter sync and merge support with local storage for saved filter data.
Made sync more reliable with clearer WebDAV weak-fingerprint warnings and stricter cloud data byte checks.
Improved quick-add refresh behavior, sidebar sync status, focused project counts, and stale board filter state.
Strengthened desktop, cloud, and MCP coverage gates used by the release workflow.
