Code suggestions can now be quickly selected with Tab in addition to arrow keys
Received files will now be renamed automatically if a file with such name already
exists
Provide an option to rename the file when choosing the destination folder
Save dialog will now pop-up by default on Linux, using it ensures that "Open" and
"Reveal" buttons will work correctly when using the flatpak distribution
