Bug fixes and performance improvements

• Task timers in different parts of ui are synced together
• Fix bug: Editing task name does not apply to the database
• Fix bug: Drop task on a project does not update the other pages
• Fix bug: Excessive CPU usage from startup until opening the calendar page
• Fix bug: Sections do not have a vertical scrollbar in the horizontal layout
• Fix bug: Date label shows today when the task date is in less than 24 hours before
• Fix bug: Task does not move to Section when its done state changes inside task window which opens from the tasks done window
• Add Russian translation
• Update Turkish translation
