Happy New Year !!!

This release adds some preferences and full screen support.

Preferences added:

• Hold to start: Hold 'space' to start the timer
• Stop timer with any key
• WCA averages: best and worst solves are ignored while calculating averages
• Zen Mode: Hide all elements while solving
• Always show minutes
• Timer precision: number of digits after decimal point

Translations update:

• Brazilian Portuguese (Renato Tavares)

This is also the first minor update: version 0.2
