eFatura checks whether a given Tax Number or Turkish Identity Number (TC Kimlik No) is registered for e-invoice usage, by querying Turkey's official e-invoice inquiry system operated by the Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı).
It is available as a native GTK4/Libadwaita desktop application, a command-line tool, and a Python library, so you can check a result the way that fits your workflow.
