Controller and preset polish for Steam Deck and desktop gamepads.
- Round timer: mark multiple favorite presets, delete custom presets, and save the current
setup as a named custom preset with quick-start pills
- Training plans: favorites are pinned to the top of the list, X toggles the favorite star,
Y duplicates a plan, R2 creates a progression copy
- Progression copies are percentage-based: +50% reps, +25% weight or +50% duration for
everything completed last time
- Gamepad: analog trigger support, L3 opens the Help window, R3 opens Preferences from
any page, A toggles switches in the editor and activates Pause/+30s/Skip in the runner
- Runner hints now show the B button "Stop Training" shortcut
Fixes:
- The plans list refreshes whenever the page becomes visible again (edits, favorites and
progressions show up immediately)
- Gamepad focus works in the round timer setup, the presets dialog, the editor switches
and the runner buttons
- Favorite toggling no longer visually duplicates plans in the overview
- Fixed crashes when leaving a running training and when opening exercise submenus with
the controller
