What's Changed

Added proper Vesktop splash animation, made by @khcrysalis
Added option to use nearest neighbour scaling (for pixel art) to the splash optimisation
Fixed Vesktop not correctly remembering its position on some multi-monitor Windows systems
Fixed missing Notification icon on Windows
Fixed auto-start minimized not working
Fixed an edge case where on some systems text wouldn't render correctly
Fixed the first command line argument being ignored
Now runs in Wayland on Linux by default
