Engine update

Plugin library:

• Updated for today's game engine update, which caused several plugin features to stop working
• Added lots of error-checking to validate plugin behaviour (hopefully reducing game crashes caused by plugin bugs)
• Fixed gameview overlay not being shown if FXAA anti-aliasing is enabled
• playerposition API function will now return nil instead of outdated data if the player model's position is not known (e.g. player is in lobby)
• Reworked plugin menu CSS to stop elements from overlapping each other and similar visual annoyances
• Fixed issues with plugin auto-start being delayed or happening at unexpected times
• Fixed various issues that would prevent stopping or uninstalling a plugin that's not working correctly, and an issue allowing plugins to continue running after being uninstalled

Launcher:

• Fixed being unable to launch OSRS official client for the first time if HDOS is installed
• Fixed an issue causing some game clients to be re-downloaded unnecessarily when launching
