Added accent color settings, and settings to enable/disable touchpad or disable touchpad when external mouse is connected. Added an option to show/hide date in the top bar. Added a warning on app startup.

Fixed a bug where display scaling was not being applied to login screen. Fixed "Extract Shell Theme" functionality not working
