Amiberry lets you experience the Commodore Amiga, a legendary home computer from the late 1980s and 1990s known for its groundbreaking graphics, sound, and gaming library.
Emulate a wide range of Amiga models, from the classic A500 to the powerful A4000. Play thousands of games, run productivity software, or explore the demoscene — all with accurate hardware emulation and modern conveniences like save states, shader effects, and gamepad support.
Features include a built-in game launcher for easy one-click play, customizable controls, support for multiple disk image formats, and a full-featured settings interface for fine-tuning every aspect of the emulated hardware.
WHDBooter now downloads WHDLoad, JST, the Kickstart RTB files and the optional XPK, MMULib, explode and medplayer libraries from their authors' sites instead of bundling them, and host-quit replaces AmiQuit. LhA archives are read with Lhasa and LZX archives with a new decoder; an LZX archive in the ROMs folder no longer crashes the ROM scan. PearPC is removed (PPC uses QEMU) and DBus control is replaced by IPC, with new settings commands. Fixes crashes when switching RTG boards between Zorro II and III and on Blizzard boards without RAM, a ZZ9000 slirp hang on reboot, file requesters for the media and state hotkeys, and many configuration save and load issues. Each release now includes the source of its third-party libraries.
