Faster comparisons, a smoother interface, and several fixes.

Performance:

• Directory comparison now runs in parallel and prunes ignored folders before descending into them, so large trees compare much faster.
• File previews, modification-time lookups and diff results no longer run on the UI thread, keeping scrolling and redraws responsive on big diffs.
• Lower memory use and fewer copies and allocations when diffing large files and reordered JSON.

Improvements:

• Files that are identical but reordered are flagged, with a hover pill that points to where an element moved.
• Clearer unified diff view with keyboard scrolling.
• The CLI shows a spinner on large or slow directories and flags same-path comparisons.

Fixes:

• Text selection stays visible over diff backgrounds in the side-by-side view.
• Clicking the minimap syncs the opposite pane.
• Panes no longer tremble or bounce when scrolling near a diff or the bottom of the file.
• Pressing Escape to close the about box no longer also closes the diff window.
