Feature: Mark apps as "Done" once you approve of their permissions. If the permissions change in the future, they're unmarked to let you know.
Feature: Apps you've archived now show up in the app list.
Feature: Added F-Droid links to apps you installed from F-Droid.
Fix: Removed Play Store links from apps you didn't install from the Play Store.
Fix: Sorted apps case-insensitively, so lowercase apps no longer fall to the bottom.
Fix: Reduced freezing/hitching while apps are loading.
