Resolved mouse detection issues in recently focused EVE clients by forcing a cursor state refresh after window activation
Fixed previews flickering/redrawing when using the "Hide Thumbnails When EVE Loses Focus" option and cycling through clients
Resolved an issue causing the configuration file to be saved excessively
Improved window activation and focus reliability when using the "Minimize EVE Clients" option
Other:
Optimized performance and stability with delta-based IPC for thumbnail updates and conditional font rebuilds, reducing input latency and focus thrashing when cycling clients at fast intervals
