Sync with upstream Element, gun emoji settings, and fixes to Social reposts, videos and the room list:
- Sync with the latest upstream Element (132 commits, up to v1.12.28)
- Add a "Reaction Pill Size" appearance setting
- Add an encryption toggle to the pre-send new-DM screen
- Add gun emoji style and skin tone settings, with the revolver as the default
- Support custom emoji in the Social post composer and open a custom emoji's image from its reaction tooltip
- Redesign the bulk-redact dialog and add a "Remove Messages" option for your own messages
- Show a repost of a repost as a nested card, and fix a false-positive repost forgery flag on plain-text posts
- Fix encrypted videos failing to start playback when clicked before decryption finished
- Fix collapsed room-list sections showing their rooms again after switching apps
- Fix the AppImage's libfuse2 dependency and add delta-update support
- Fix matrix-seshat (local encrypted-room message search) in the Flatpak build
